Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan penduduk lanjut usia tetap bekerja di Desa Bumi Raharajo. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diserahkan secara acak kepada 76 penduduk lanjut usia di Desa Bumi Raharjo, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Lampung Tengah dan dokumen resmi yang dimiliki oleh Desa Bumi Raharjo yaitu profil desa yang mencakup sejarah desa, luas wilayah, data jumlah penduduk, dan data jumlah lansia. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Binary Logistic Regression. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan dan jumlah tanggungan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan lansia bekerja, pendidikan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap keputusan lansia bekerja, sedangkan usia tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan lansia bekerja.
