Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal dan pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SD Negeri 120 Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan tehnik sampel jenuh yang berjumlah 35 responden guru pada SD Negeri 120 Palembang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SD Negeri 120 Palembang, sedangkan disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di SD Negeri 120 Palembang.
