Abstract

SEBAGAI BENTUK DIGITALISASI PERBANKAN, PT BANK NEGARA INDONESIA KANTOR WILAYAH PALEMBANG MEMPERKENALKAN PRODUK PEMBAYARAN MODERN YOUR ALL PAYMENT (YAP) KEPADA MASYARAKAT MILENIAL PALEMBANG. PENCAPAIAN POSITIF PRODUK INI PADA AWAL PELUNCURANNYA DI PALEMBANG, DIDUKUNG OLEH STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI PEMASARAN YANG BAIK. BERLANDASKAN PADA TEORI BAURAN KOMUNIKASI PEMASARAN OLEH PHILIP KOTLER DAN GARY ARMSTRONG TERDAPAT LIMA DIMENSI AKTIVITAS DALAM KOMUNIKASI PEMASARAN. DIMENSI TERSEBUT MELIPUTI: PERIKLANAN, PROMOSI PENJUALAN, HUBUNGAN MASYARAKAT DAN PUBLIKASI, PENJUALAN PERSONAL, DAN PEMASARAN LANGSUNG. UNTUK MENGETAHUI STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI PEMASARAN YANG DIJALANKAN, DILAKUKAN PENELITIAN DI PT BANK NEGARA INDONESIA KANTOR WILAYAH PALEMBANG. PENELITIAN YANG BERJUDUL “STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI PEMASARAN PRODUK YOUR ALL PAYMENT (YAP) PT BANK NEGARA INDONESIA KANTOR WILAYAH PALEMBANG” INI, MENGGUNAKAN METODE KUALITATIF. DATA DIAMBIL DARI BEBERAPA JENIS DAN SUMBER DATA MELALUI TEKNIK PENGUMPULAN DATA WAWANCARA, OBSERVASI DAN DOKUMENTASI. HASIL PENELITIAN SELANJUTNYA MENUNJUKKAN BAHWA SELURUH DIMENSI PADA TEORI KOMUNIKASI PEMASARAN DILAKSANAKAN DENGAN BAIK. HAL INI TENTUNYA MENJADI FAKTOR PENUNJANG PENCAPAIAN PERUSAHAAN UNTUK MENARIK PERHATIAN TARGET PASAR PRODUK YOUR ALL PAYMENT (YAP) MENJADI MERCHANT ATAU PENGGUNA PRODUK. KATA KUNCI: STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI PEMASARAN, PRODUK YOUR ALL PAYMENT (YAP), PT BANK NEGARA INDONESIA KANTOR WILAYAH PALEMBANG, BAURAN KOMUNIKASI PEMASARAN.
