Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV Elya Sport Musi Banyuasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan. Skala ordinal digunakan untuk mengukur jawaban responden terhadap pertanyaan yang diajukan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda guna mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh masing-masing variabel bebas, yaitu beban kerja dan stres kerja, terhadap variabel terikat, yaitu kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Stres kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
