Abstract
Manual water meter recording at PDAM is often inefficient and prone to errors. To address this issue, an IoT-based water meter recording system was developed using the ESP32-CAM and Real Time Clock (RTC) modules. This system automatically captures water meter images, ensures accurate time logging, and transmits the data in real-time to a central server. Testing shows the system operates optimally at distances under 5 meters. This innovation is expected to enhance PDAM's operational efficiency, reduce errors, and provide more accurate and transparent water usage data.
