Abstract
This research aims to analyze promotions on consumer satisfaction at Rocket Eyang Trikora Palembang Branch. The population of this research is consumers of Rocket Eyang Trikora Branch, and the sample for this research is 100 people. The data analyzed comes from answers to questionnaires distributed to respondents. The research results found that Promotion had a significant and influential effect on Customer Satisfaction at Rocket Eyang, Trikora Palembang Branch. Based on the results of this research, it is recommended that Rocket Eyang Trikora Palembang Branch be able to increase its promotional activities both directly and using the media, because the more often promotions are carried out, the more people in Palembang City will receive information about Rocket Eyang and this can increase income for Rocket.
