Abstract
Forage quality has direct impact on cattle performance. This research was done to study the digestibile quality of grass king fermented by Hi-fer⊕. This research was held on animal nutritions and feeds laboratory of animal science Departement Agriculture Faculty of Sriwijaya University. King grass were grouped into 2 treatment and 10 replications. Control and fermented with Hi-fer⊕. Observed parameter were dry matter digestibility, organic matter digestibility, NNH3 and VFA concentrations. The results showed that fermentation with hifer significantly affect the organic matter digestibility and N-NH3 (P<0.05) the control, dry matter digestibility and VFA concentration were not significantly different (P>0.05). nutrient digestibility in vitro of king grass were inproved by Hi-fer⊕.
