Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on the performance of employees at PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan Zone 4 Prabumulih. The population of this study consists of employees of PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan Zone 4 Prabumulih, using a saturated sampling technique or census, with a total sample of 84 respondents. The data collection method used in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique employed was multiple regression analysis. Based on the analysis results, it was concluded that organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees at PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan Zone 4 Prabumulih, and leadership style also has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees at PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan Zone 4 Prabumulih.
