Abstract
This study aims to develop and test the validity and practicality of a Problem-Based Learning (PBL)-based E-LKPD on work and energy material for eighth-grade students, with the hope of improving the quality of learning and mastery of the subject matter. The product was designed using the Rowntree development model, which consists of three main stages: planning, development, and evaluation. In the evaluation stage, Tessmer's formative approach was applied through five stages, including Self-Evaluation, Expert Review, One-toOne Evaluation, Small Group Evaluation, and excluding Field Test. The expert validation results showed that the product is highly valid, achieving a 100% score in the aspects of content, language, design, and critical thinking skills. This indicates that the developed product is of very high quality, even surpassing relevant previous studies. During the One-toOne Evaluation stage, the product achieved a practicality score of 88%, while in the Small Group Evaluation stage, the score reached 92%. Both results fall into the "very practical" category, demonstrating that the product is easy to use and provides optimal benefits for students. Based on the very high validity results and excellent practicality levels, this ELKPD is deemed suitable for use as a learning medium to support the mastery of work and energy material. The product not only meets the criteria for validity and practicality but also has the potential to enhance the effectiveness of learning for eighth-grade students and can serve as a reference for the development of other PBL-based E-LKPD products.
