Abstract
This research developed E-LKPD using digital flipbooks for fantasy story reading skills in class VII students at MTs As-salam Palembang. The objectives of this research are (1) to describe the results of the needs analysis for the development of E-LKPD using digital flipbooks for fantasy story reading skills in class VII students at MTs As-salam Palembang; (2) describe the design for developing E-LKPD using digital flipbooks for fantasy story reading skills for class VII students at MTs As-salam Palembang; and (3) describe the results of expert validation of the development of E-LKPD using digital flipbooks for fantasy story reading skills in class VII students at MTs As-salam Palembang. The research and development method used was the Research and Development (R&D) method according to Sugiyono which was modified according to the needs into 5 steps, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation and design revision. The location of the research was conducted at MTs As-Salam Palembang. The subjects of the study were class VII 2 students of MTs As-Salam Palembang with a total of 28. The data sources for this study were interview results, questionnaire results, and expert validation results. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews with teachers as initial data, filling out questionnaires for teacher and student needs analysis, and expert validation sheets. Expert validation includes validation of the feasibility of content/material, language and graphics. The results of this study are that the teacher needs analysis obtained a percentage value of 95,83% which can be categorized as very necessary to develop E-LKPD. Based on the validation results, namely the validation of the feasibility of content/material obtained a percentage value of 96%, language validation obtained a value of 96% and graphic validation obtained a percentage value of 92%. Overall, it can be concluded that E-LKPD uses digital flipbooks for fantasy story reading skills and is suitable for use in learning activities.
