Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi berdampak signifikan pada layanan perbankan, termasuk melalui Mobile Banking (M-Banking). Bank Mandiri meluncurkan aplikasi Livin' by Mandiri sebagai bagian dari transformasi digitalnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan pengguna aplikasi Livin' by Mandiri dengan menggunakan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT 2). UTAUT 2, yang dikembangkan oleh Venkatesh et al. (2012), digunakan karena relevansi dan prediktivitasnya dalam memahami adopsi teknologi. Penelitian ini juga menambahkan variabel Perceived Credibility dan Self-Efficacy untuk menyoroti pentingnya keamanan data pengguna dan kepercayaan diri dalam penggunaan aplikasi. Hasil penelitian diharapkan memberikan wawasan terhadap strategi peningkatan adopsi Livin' by Mandiri di era digital.
