Abstract

Based on data accessed on the SimilarWeb website, it shows that preemployment website visitors in the last 3 months (February, March, April) are relatively unstable, this phenomenon could be caused by user experience from users about pre-employment websites still needs improvement, so that users can search and obtain information related to pre- employment more easily and comfortably, and improve User understanding of the platform. The research methods used in this study are quantitative methods and data inconsistency analysis techniques . The quantitative method is the user experience questionnaire (UEQ) method, there are 6 UEQ scales used in this study are attractiveness, efficiency, perspicuity, dependability,stimulation, and novelty. This method is in the form of distributing questionnaires through google forms. The number of respondents who can be researched and processed data amounts to 100 respondents. The results of the study concluded that attractiveness scored above average (1.23), perspicuity scoredabove average (1.13), efficiency scored above average (1.14), dependability scored lower than average (1.14), stimulation scored above average (1.04), and novelty Getting a score above the average (0.69) each scale can be said to be good with an average score of 0.8.
