Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how the variables per capita income, third party funds, and profit sharing value influence the demand for sharia mortgage financing in South Sumatra. For the time series used, namely 1992-2022, data from the Central Statistics Agency and the Financial Services Authority (OJK) provide observations for 31 years. Using Eviews 10, the OLS (Ordinary Least Square) multiple linear regression analysis model is used in the analysis process. The conclusion of this research shows a strong and positive correlation between per capita income and third party funds and demand for sharia mortgage financing. Meanwhile, the profit sharing value variable shows a negative and significant influence on demand for sharia mortgage financing.
