Abstract

This study develops an Information System for PPID Services at the Health Department of South Sumatra Province using the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) approach and adhering to the OWASP ASVS Level 1 security standard. The system is designed to facilitate public information management, support documentation of information request history, and enhance data security against external threats. The SSDLC approach enables the integration of security measures from the early stages of development, while the implementation of OWASP ASVS ensures the prevention of common vulnerabilities. As a result, the system can provide periodic, real-time, and on-demand information according to user needs, featuring efficient and more secure authentication and information request management. This study recommends upgrading security to OWASP ASVS Level 2, integrating the latest encryption technology, and conducting regular evaluations through penetration testing to ensure system reliability.
