Abstract

Pemberitaan LPG Subsidi menjadi isu yang sering diperbincangkan masyrakat selama momen Ramadhan dan Idul Fitri dalam kurun waktu 25 Maret – 21 April 2024. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pandangan dan persepsi masyarakat Indonesia terhadap LPG Subsidi pada periode tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakaan pendekatan analisis sentimen berbasis korpus untuk melihat nilai sentimen terhadap pemberitaan. Analisis ini melibatkan tiga indikator, yaitu frekuensi, kolokasi dan konkordansi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu metode campuran dengan menggabungkan dua metode sekaligus, yakni metode kuantitatif melalui frekuensi dan analisis sentimen untuk melihat nilai sentimen positif, netral, serta negatif dan metode kualitatif melalui kolokasi serta konkordansi. Data penelitian diambil dari pemberitaan yang diterbitkan dalam periode 25 Maret – 21 April 2024, menghasilkan 3.482 kata yang dianilisis melalui website Voyant Tools dari total 123 berita. Dari hasil tersebut, ditemukan 4.393 kata dengan konotasi positif atau netral, serta 404 kata dengan konotasi negatif. Setelah mendapatkan hasil korpus, peneliti melanjutkan analisis terhadap pemberitaan LPG Subsidi periode 25 Maret – 21 April 2024 dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis sentimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa angka sentimen bernilai positif yang berkesinambungan dengan hasil korpus terkait penelitian yang telah dilakukan. Kata Kunci : LPG, Pemberitaan, Sentimen, Subsidi
