Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, firm size, liquidity, and environmental, social and governance on firm value. The object of this research is all companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021-2023. The sampling method used is the purposive sampling method with a research sample size of 54 companies with a total of 162 observations. The independent variables used are profitability, firm size, liquidity, and environmental, social, and governance. Meanwhile, the dependent variable used is firm value. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 26 as analysis tools. The results of this study indicate that profitability has a negative effect on firm value, firm size does not have a significant effect on firm value, liquidity has a negative effect on firm value, and environmental, social, and governance does not have a significant effect on firm value.
