Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Occupational Health and Safety to the employee’s performance at PT. Eka Tama Electric. The population of this study are the total number of employees at PT. Eka Tama Electric, which requires 39 people. The method used in this study is primary data obtained by spreading questionnaires and simple regression analysis as data analysis techniques. The result of the research shows that the Occupational Health and Safety has a positive effect to the employee’s performance.
