Abstract

This research aims to develop a Student Work Sheet (LKM) based on Green Chemistry for the topic of solute distribution between two immiscible solvents that is valid, practical, and effective. The research was conducted in the Chemistry Education Study Program at FKIP Sriwijaya University, involving students from the 2023 and 2024 cohorts. The development model used was ADDIE combined with formative evaluation Tessmer. Data were collected through walkthroughs, interviews, validation sheets, questionnaires, and learning outcome tests, and analyzed using Aiken’s V, Likert scale, and N-gain tests. Validation results showed an Aiken coefficient of 0.96 for design and 0.89 for content, both in the high category. Practicality tests indicated 83.9% in the one-to-one phase and 92.1% in the small group phase, both rated as very practical. Effectiveness testing yielded 80.6%, categorized as effective. Thus, the LKM meets the criteria of being valid, practical, and effective.
