Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan elektronik (e-service quality) terhadap loyalitas konsumen aplikasi Traveloka, yang digunakan untuk pemesanan perjalanan daring. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dengan sampel berjumlah 108 responden. Studi ini dilakukan pada pengguna aplikasi Traveloka berusia 18–60 tahun di Kota Palembang, menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert 6 poin dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis korelasi dan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Efficiency, Reliability, Compensation, dan Contact memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, sedangkan variabel Fulfillment, Privacy, dan Responsiveness tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Uji F mengindikasikan bahwa dimensi e-service quality secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Berdasarkan analisis regresi linier berganda, variabel Compensation memberikan kontribusi terbesar, menjadikannya faktor dominan dalam memengaruhi loyalitas pengguna aplikasi Traveloka.Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar Traveloka fokus pada peningkatan keandalan operasional dan pemberian kompensasi yang sesuai untuk mempertahankan loyalitas konsumen.
