Abstract
This study discusses load balancing technology to implement a method of Round Robin and research use hardware Raspberry Pi as a server cloud which cloud services are used to implement the personal cloud as a cloud technology that is applied using a service model Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) where a provider services to users (user). In this study, using the software as a cloud EyeOS. The research process was conducted using 1 servers as load balancing and 3 server as a personal cloud. Results of experiments conducted showed that by applying the method of Round Robin DNS load balancing performance on running well so three personal cloud server is also running well. Results of the study also conducted experiments on data collection Quality of Service (QoS) with the measurement results from the client to the server 1 gained an average value with a delay of 10.6 ms, 0% packet loss and throughput of 5,003 kbps. The measurement results the client to the server 2 the average value with a delay of 9.3 ms, the average percentage of packet loss of 0% and a throughput of 5.993 kbps while the measurement of the client to the server 3 is the average value with a delay of 3.3 ms, packet loss 0% and throughput 5.932 kbps
