Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh bukti empiris tentang kepemilikan manajerial dan kepemilikan institusional, kredit macet, dan rasio utang jangka panjang pada kinerja perusahaan perbankan ASEAN. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dengan sampel penelitian yang diperoleh berjumlah 40 perusahaan dengan periode penelitian dari 2019-2023 sehingga terdapat 200 unit analisis. Desain penelitian bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa NPL (Kredit Macet) dan Kepemilikan Institusional memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan, sedangkan kepemilikan manajerial dan rasio utang jangka panjang tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa perusahaan harus memperhatikan NPL dan Kepemilikan Institusional yang dapat mempengaruhi profitabilitas sehingga kinerja perusahaan dapat meningkat.
