Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of the independent teachingnplatform on teacher performance at SMPN 9 palembang. This study uses a quantitative approach with correlational research design. The population in this study is 52 teachers. Sample of 25 teachers using non probability sampling technique purposive sampling type with criteria of teachers who have PMM account. Questionnaire in this study using a likeri scale. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the hypothesis test using Pearson product moment correlation with the results are 1) the value of GIS. (2-tailed) between variable X and variable Y is 0.506 > 0.05 which means there is no significant correlation between variable X and variable Y 2) rhitung for the relationship between variable X and variable Y is equal to 0.139 <rtable 0.396 which means there is a low positive relationship between variable X and variable Y 3) based on thitung (pearson correlation) which is 0.139. Then the criterion of the strength of the relationship between variable X and variable Y has a very low relationship and the value of the table 2,05954. Then 0.91 <2.05954 which means HO is accepted and Ha is rejected.
