Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention pada guru dan karyawan Yayasan Tarakanita Kantor Wilayah Lahat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 94 orang guru dan karyawan pada Yayasan Tarakanita Kantor Wilayah Lahat. Dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh atau sensus, semua anggota populasi yang berjumlah 94 orang ditetapkan menjadi responden. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada 94 responden. Proses analisis data menggunakan Program IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja berdampak pada turnover intention karyawan.
