Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of religiosity, knowledge, social environment and sharia economic literacy on savings preferences in sharia banks (case study of students at the Faculty of Economics, Sriwijaya University). The data used is primary data taken through a questionnaire distributed via Google Form and the respondents are UNSRI S1 FE students Class 2020 2022 with Likert scale measurements. The analysis technique uses a multiple linear regression analysis model with OLS (Ordinary Least Square) estimation with SPSS Version 25. The research results show that the influence of religiosity has a positive and significant influence on savings preferences in Islamic banks. The influence of knowledge is not significant and not positive on savings preferences in Islamic banks. The influence of the social environment has a positive and significant influence on savings preferences in Islamic banks. The influence of Sharia Economic literacy has a positive and significant influence on savings preferences in Islamic banks.
