Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of age, education, work experience on the productivity of female workers in pineapple processed food production businesses in Prabumulih City. The population in this study were female workers in pineapple processed UMKM in Prabumulih City. The data used in this study came from the results of questionnaire answers to female workers in Prabumulih City. The results of the study found that age, last education and work experience had a significant and positive effect on the productivity of female workers in Prabumulih City. The work experience variable is the most dominant variable influencing the productivity of female workers in Prabumulih City Keywords: Age, Education, Work Experience, Female Workers, UMKM
