Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pengelola koperasi BMT Trans Mekar Sari Kabupaten Banyuasin Peneliti menggunakan sampel jenuh sehingga sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 83 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengelola koperasi BMT Trans Mekar Sari Mandiri Kabupaten Banyuasin Sumatera Selatan. Bagi pihak pengurus koperasi BMT Trans Mekar Sari Mandiri Kabupaten Banyuasin Sumatera Selatan agar selalu melakukan evaluasi mengenai hal-hal yang berkaitan Budaya organisasi yang tentunya akan memengaruhi kinerja pengelola koperasi BMT Trans Mekar Sari Mandiri Kabupaten Banyuasin Sumatera Selatan.
