Abstract

This research discussed about the relation of community who lived in TPA Sukawinatan area because the esthabish of PLTSa. The concept used connection concept from Granovetter this reasearch used qualitative descriptive method. The data source was obtained from the primary data through observation and interviews with the object of research while the secondary data was obtained through documentation. Determination of 12 informants included 8 main informants and 4 informants. The results showed the relation of surrounding community in PLTSa. Management which had a passive action between the comunity and PLTSa while the relation of community structural had an overlapping structure between PLTSa and TPA due to social inequality and non fuctioning structures. It showed that PLTSa in TPA Sukawinatan didn’t change the significant of community economic in this area. There wasn;t sociality fron PLTSa management coused the community didn’t know the positive effect which had given by PLTSa to economic development. The positive effects from PLTSa are job opportunity, because they are more understand and more adaptation with the surrounding area. Key Word : Waste, PLTSa, Relational Stickiness and Structural Stickiness.
