Abstract
This researcher aims to find out students' perceptions of Multicultural Education courses in shaping the global diverse character of the PPKn study Program, Sriwijaya University. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive analysis method. The population in this study is all FKIP PPKn students with a total of 191 students, non-probality sampling technique becomes a technique from sampling with a type of purposive sampling with a sample of 191 students. The data collection techniques used are documentation techniques, and questionnaires. The results of this study show that students' perception of Multicultural Education courses in shaping the character of global diversity in the PPKn study Program, Sriwijaya University, is in the positive category, this is based on the percentage score interpretation criteria are positive perception (>75) and negative perception (<75). It can be concluded that the average score is 114.3, which means that students give a positive response to Multicultural Education courses in shaping the character of global diversity in the PPKn Study Program, Sriwijaya University.
