Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style and working conditions on teacher performance at Public Junior High School 1 Lahat. The method used is descriptive quantitative by involving all teachers of Public Junior High School 1 Lahat as the population. Data were collected through questionnaires (questionnaires). The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, with a total of 50 teachers as respondents. To analyze the relationship between variables, this study applied multiple regression analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, while working conditions have no effect on teacher performance at Public Junior High School 1 Lahat.
