Abstract

Keberadaan angka kuman pada peralatan makan disebabkan oleh penanganan yang kurang bersih dan tidak sesuai dengan teknik sehingga mendukung perkembangbiakan kuman. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis hubungan antara hygiene sanitasi dengan keberadaan angka kuman pada peralatan makan di warung bakso yang terletak di Indralaya, Indralaya Utara, dan Indralaya Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan sampel sebanyak 60 sampel warung bakso yang dipilih secara purposive sampling sesuai kriteria inklusi warung bakso dan pedagang, serta analisis data yaitu analisis univariat dan bivariat berdasarkan uji chi-square. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan adanya hubungan bermakna antara keberadaan angka kuman peralatan makan dengan teknik pencucian (p-value=0,011), cara pengeringan (p-value=0,031), dan teknik penyimpanan (p-value=0,025), serta tidak terdapat hubungan bermakna antara keberadaan angka kuman dengan personal hygiene dan keberadaan vektor. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa terdapat hubungan antara teknik pencucian, cara pengeringan, dan teknik penyimpanan dengan keberadaan angka kuman pada peralatan makan di warung bakso Indralaya, Indralaya Utara, dan Indralaya Selatan. Pedagang warung bakso perlu meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya personal hygiene, melengkapi fasilitas sanitasi di warung bakso, serta memperkuat pengawasan dinas kesehatan agar penerapan lebih optimal.
