Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation on employee performance of PT Sumatera Mandiri Sukses Bersama. The population in this study were all 40 employees of PT Sumatera Mandiri Sukses Bersama. This research uses saturated sampling technique. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. Based on the results showed that financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Sumatera Mandiri Sukses Bersama.
