Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan Sodium methylate dengan kapasitas produksi 200.000 ton/tahun ini direncanakan berdiri pada tahun 2030 di daerah Sungai Sembilan, Kota Dumai, Provinsi Riau dengan perkiraan luas area sebesar 5,8 Ha. Bahan baku untuk pembuatan Sodium methylate adalah Metanol dan NaOH. Proses pembuatan Sodium methylate ini mengacu pada Patent CN115999468A menggunakan proses Metanol dan NaOH. Reaktor yang digunakan adalah reaktor tipe Reactive Distillation Column yang beroperasi pada temperatur 70°C dan tekanan 1 atm. Pabrik ini berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi Lini and Staf, dipimpin oleh seorang Direktur Utama dengan total karyawan 207 orang. Berdasarkan Analisis ekonomi, pabrik Sodium methylate ini layak untuk didirikan karena telah memenuhi parameter kelayakan ekonomi yaitu: Total Capital Investment (TCI) US$ 91.231.220,62, Selling Price per Year US$ 215.470.937,69, Total Production Cost (TPC) US$ 166.513.570,65, Annual Cash Flow US$ 42.382.794,06, Pay Out time (POT) 2,6 tahun, Rate of return on investment (ROR) 34,56 %, Discounted Cash Flow –ROR 41,82 %, Break Even Point (BEP) 33,63 %, Service Life 11 tahun.
