Abstract
This study aims to improve the matching ability of Kindergarten B children through puzzle shape memory game media at KB Tunas Harapan Darmo Village, Lawang Kidul District. This study is a classroom action research using the Kemmis and Mc Taggart model. The subjects of the study consisted of 16 Kindergarten B children aged 5-6 years consisting of 10 boys and 6 girls. The object of study was the puzzle shape memory game media to improve children's matching ability. Data collection was carried out through observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. The results of the study showed that the use of puzzle shape memory game media in geometry puzzle playing activities can improve children's matching ability. This increase can be seen from the initial condition of the matching ability of group B2 children in the very well developed category (BSB) before the action was taken, recorded at 0%, in cycle I it showed the same figure, namely 0%, and in the second cycle, there was a significant increase reaching 50%.
