Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan Throw In siswa putra pada permainan sepak bola ekstrakurikuler SMP Negeri 1 Tanjung Batu. Jenis penelitian ini penelitian eksperimen. Populasi yang digunakan siswa putra ekstrakurikuler SMP Negeri 1 Tanjung Batu. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 60 siswa putra. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Teknik yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data adalah instrument tes,instrument latihan,uji normalitas data dan uji hipotesis. Instrumen yang digunakan ialah latihan push up, dan tes throw in. Hasil dan pengolahan dan analisis data menunjukan: data distribusi normal daan dapat dilakukan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t,maka di dapatlah X “hitung z. 35,3 dan Xie — 3,84. Kriteria pengujian hipotesis terima Ho jika thitung S ttaber1- @) dan tolak Ha jika thitung ” ttabexi- 4), dimana t (1 — @) adalah t yang didapat dari tabel distribusi t dengan dk - nj #n» — 2 dan peluang (1 — a). Didapat thitung “ 29 sedangkan to9s — 1,67 jadi tritung “ 29 ? to,9s “ 1,67. Nilai tersebut dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari pemberian latihan Push Up terhadap hasil Throw In siswa putra pada permainan sepakbola ekstrakurikuler SMP Negeri 1 Tanjung Batu.
