Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja Karyawan Bank Sumsel Babel Kantor Pusat Jakabaring. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik sampling jenuh dengan mengambil seluruh jumlah populasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 77 responden. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang didapatkan melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Stres Kerja (X1) dan kepuasan kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) Bank Sumsel Babel Kantor Pusat Jakabaring.
