Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the subscription-based parking payment system for vehicle-using traders at Indralaya Market. The system was introduced as an alternative to daily parking payments, which are considered inefficient for traders who frequently enter and exit the market. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through direct interviews with market traders who utilize the subscription system. The findings indicate that the system is considered effective in reducing the inconvenience of daily payments, facilitating trading activities, and offering more economical rates. However, its effectiveness also depends on the traders’ ability to make monthly payments on time. Overall, most traders are satisfied and support the continuation of the subscription-based parking system in the future.
