Abstract
Along with the increasing need from various stakeholders for accurate, up-todate, rapid, and diverse data for effective decision-making, the Central Statistics Agency faces significant pressure to enhance its performance. This demand necessitates that BPS, including its South Sumatra Provincial Office, undergoes organizational transformation to become more adaptive, innovative, and responsive to dynamic strategic environments. The success of this transformation critically depends on the organization's capacity for rapid learning and adaptation, concepts known as organizational learning and organizational agility. However, the pressure to meet rising expectations within tighter deadlines, coupled with the demands of learning and adapting to change, can become significant sources of stress and increased workload for its civil servants. If these demands for change and enhanced performance are not counterbalanced by adequate support systems, effective capacity building, and a conducive work environment, there is a potential for burnout, ultimately leading to decreased work motivation among the civil servants of the BPS South Sumatra Provincial Office. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational learning and organizational agility on the work motivation of civil servants at the BPS South Sumatra Provincial Office. This research employed a quantitative approach utilizing multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that, partially, organizational learning does not have a significant effect on the work motivation of civil servants at the BPS South Sumatra Provincial Office, whereas organizational agility partially demonstrates a positive and significant influence on their work motivation. Furthermore, when examined simultaneously, both organizational learning and organizational agility exert a significant positive influence on the work motivation of civil servants at the BPS South Sumatra Provincial Office.
