Abstract
This has study aimed to find out the influence of motivasion on the the employee performance of PT. Morganda Palembang. Data were gathered by means of survey through question so that the results of this study were able to present valid information. The number of samples used was 35 samples taken using census method. The hypothesis analysis method used the T test which was analyzed using simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient (r) and coefficient of determination (R2). The measurement instruments for the independent variabel of motivation (X) were validity and reliability. The study results showed partially (test) and there was an independent variabel motivation (X) which had a significant influence. In simple linear analysis, the independent variabel had a positive influence on the performance of 0.952 and correlation coefficient (r) and the coefficient of determination (R2) showed that motivation variabel (X) on performance (Y) had a strong relationship of 79.2%.
