Abstract

Industri MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, Exhibition) memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung sektor pariwisata dan ekonomi daerah. Namun, fasilitas MICE di Lampung masih terbatas dan belum sepenuhnya memadai, Kebutuhan akan hotel konvensi dengan fasilitas lengkap menjadi latar belakang utama dari perencanaan dan perancangan Lampung Convention Hotel. Hotel ini dirancang sebagai hotel bintang empat dengan fasilitas standar MICE, termasuk ruang konvensi bentang lebar yang mampu menampung berbagai jenis kegiatan secara efisien. Pendekatan arsitektur modern kontemporer diterapkan untuk menghadirkan bangunan yang fungsional, representatif, dan sesuai perkembangan zaman. Konsep desain menekankan garis yang bersih, ruang terbuka, dan estetika minimalis untuk menciptakan suasana ruang yang nyaman dan elegan. Perencanaan dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan kebutuhan spasial, hubungan antar ruang, sistem sirkulasi di dalam bangunan dan tapak, serta integrasi fasilitas penunjang secara menyeluruh. Penggunaan material modern dan desain yang harmonis mendukung identitas hotel ini sebagai ruang perhotelan urban yang kontemporer dan terpadu. Kata Kunci: Hotel, MICE, kontemporer modern
