Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan alat permainan edukatif papan flanel angka untuk pengenalan simbol bilangan (1-10) pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di PAUD Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan dengan model Rowntree yang meliputi perencanaan, pengembangan, dan evaluasi Tessmer, yaitu self evaluation, expert review, one-to-one evaluation, dan small group evaluation. Data dikumpulkan melalui walkthrough dan observasi. Hasil validitas materi mencapai 90% dan media 94%, rata-rata 92%, termasuk sangat valid menurut ahli. Tahap one-to-one evaluation mendapatkan nilai 87% dan tahap small group 91%, rata-rata 89%, termasuk sangat praktis. Berdasarkan hasil perolehan diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan alat permainan edukatif papan flanel angka dikatakan valid dan praktis untuk pengenalan simbol bilangan (1-10). Selain meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif, alat ini juga membantu perkembangan motorik halus, bahasa, sosial emosional, dan seni anak, seperti kemampuan menyusun angka, berkomunikasi, mematuhi aturan, dan mewarnai. Sehingga, alat ini sangat berguna untuk perkembangan anak secara menyeluruh. Kata kunci: Alat Permainan Edukatif, Papan Flanel Angka, Pengenalan Simbol Bilangan
