Abstract

This study aims to find out how the performance of the General Subdivision of Prabumulih City Youth and Tourism Office in carrying out tasks related to infrastructure management and implementation of activities. This research is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Sources of data obtained are divided into two, primary data through interviews and observations, and secondary data through archives, reports and other sources using employee performance theory proposed by Anwar Prabu Mangkunegara which consists of Quality of Work, Quantity of Work, Implementation of Duties and Responsibilities . Based on the results of the research conducted by researchers, it shows that management of the management of infrastructure has not fully gone well because there are still suggestions for infrastructure that have not been maximized by their functions and there are also suggestions for infrastructures that are still not yet completed. Whereas in the implementation of activities it has not run well yet because the activities carried out only focus on the urban circle where there are no activities that touch the countryside. This research gives advice to Prabumulih City Sports and Tourism Department Sub-Section to maximize the infrastructure available in Prabumulih City and carry out activities in this case youth, sports and tourism to encompass rural areas to improve better human resources in Prabumulih City.
