Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Work Life Balance dan Flexible Working Arrangement terhadap Kinerja Perawat RSUD Siti Fatimah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling dengan tingkat eror sebesar 5% sehingga didapatkan 191 responden dari 369 populasi. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang didapatkan melalui kuesioner. Tenik analisis yang digunakan ialah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Work Life Balence (X1) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perawat (Y) RSUD Siti Fatimah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, serta Flexible Working Arrangement (X2) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perawat (Y) RSUD Siti Fatimah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan.
