Abstract

Sistem monitoring berperan penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, akurasi pencatatan stok, dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Namun, penelitian ini menemukan beberapa kendala, seperti keterlambatan pembaruan data stok secara real-time, kesalahan pencatatan akibat input manual, serta kurangnya integrasi dengan sistem keuangan dan logistik. Untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut, penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan teknologi barcode atau RFID, peningkatan infrastruktur digital, serta otomatisasi dalam input data guna meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi administrasi sparepart. Dengan optimalisasi sistem monitoring, PT. Indotruck Utama diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja manajemen inventaris dan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih cepat serta akurat.
