Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh Kebijakan Dividen (DPR), Profitabilitas (ROE), dan Ukuran Perusahaan (SIZE) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PER) sub sektor batu bara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif yang menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 26 perusahaan sub sektor batu bara periode 2018-2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 17 perusahaan sub sektor batubara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kebijakan Dividen tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, sedangkan profitabilitas, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Secara simultan Kebijakan Dividen, Profitabilitas, dan Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.
