Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas segmentasi citra ultrasonography jantung anak untuk mendeteksi lubang (hole) dan septum jantung menggunakan pendekatan deep learning, khususnya model YOLO (You Only Look Once). Penelitian ini menggunakan dataset citra ultrasonography non-doppler yang diambil dari rekaman smartphone, kemudian dilakukan segmentasi dengan berbagai varian model YOLOv8 (nano, small, medium, dan large). Penelitian ini menggunakan total 5520 gambar yang terdiri dari berbagai jenis penyakit Atrial Septal Defect (ASD), Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD), Atrioventricular Septal Defect (AVSD) dan normal (tanpa penyakit). Fokus penelitian adalah segmentasi pada objek lubang “hole” dan septum jantung . Hasil evaluasi yang menggunakan dataset validation dan unseen menunjukkan bahwa model terbaik adalah model YOLOv8 dengan menggunakan batch size 16 dengan jumlah epoch yang digunakan adalah 300. Perbandingan yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan raw dataset menunjukkan perfoma yang tidak lebih unggul daripada dataset yang diambil dengan menggunakan smartphone.
