Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh produktivitas tenaga kerja terhadap keuntungan pada industri sepeda motor roda dua dan roda tiga di Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dengan kode ISIC lima digit (30911) tahun 1993 sampai 2023. Data yang digunakan merupakan data time series dengan model regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koefisien determinasi sebesar 0.797438. Artinya variabel produktivitas tenaga kerja mampu menjelaskan variasi keuntungan sebesar 79,74 persen. Produktivitas tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keuntungan industri sepeda motor roda dua dan roda tiga di Indonesia.
