Abstract

Laporan magang ini membahas strategi pemasaran digital yang diterapkan oleh PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional II Kota Palembang untuk produk Bright Gas 5,5 kg. Strategi ini mencangkup pemanfaatan saluran digital seperti konten edukasi, iklan media sosial di instagram, dan platfrom e-commerce untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan penjualan produk. Walaupun pemasaran digital yang efektif, banyak konsumen yang belum mengetahui Bright Gas atau manfaatnya dibandingkan produk lain. PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga juga menyediakan opsi dalam pembelian online dengan pengantaran melalui aplikasi, namun tantangan ini muncul karena keterbatasan akses internet dibeberapa daerah dan kalangan usia tertentu. Strategi tradisional yang melibatkan agen gas masih dibutuhkan untuk menjangkau konsumen yang kurang familiar dengan teknologi. Secara keseluruhan, strategi pemasaran digital yang diterapkan sudah efektif dan dapat lebih optimal jika dipadukan dengan pemasaran tradisional mencakup berbagai segmen pasar dengan pendekatan yang lebih menyeluruh. Kata Kunci: Strategi Pemasaran Digital, Bright gas 5,5 kg, PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional II Kota Palembang.This internship report discussesthe digital marketing strategy implemented by PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional II in Palembang for the Bright Gas 5.5 kg product. The strategy includes the use of digital channels such as educational content, social media advertising on Instagram, and e-commerce platforms to increase product awareness and sales. Although digital marketing is effective, many consumers are still unaware of Bright Gas or its benefits compared to other products. PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga also provides an option for online purchases with delivery through an app, but challenges arise due to limited internet access in certain areas and among specific age groups. Traditional marketing strategies involving gas agents are still necessary to reach consumers who are less familiar with technology. Overall, the digital marketing strategy implemented is effective and could be optimized further by combining it with traditional marketing, covering various market segments through a more comprehensive approach.
