Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that cause learning problems in student DY at SMA Negeri 2 Indralaya Utara. The Problems of the study are the factors that cause learning problems on student DY. The method that is used in this study descriptive qualitative by using a case study approach. The data collection technique that is used are by interviewing the subject, subject’s family, schoolmate and the teachers, doing Observation in school and DY home, and taking study documentation value of report cards and DY’s records. The data analysis technique in this study is by using Ishikawa diagram or fishbone diagram. The result shows that the main factor underlying causes of student experiencing the learning problem is external factor that is condition DY as neglected child impact on the development proces, among other things: eating disorders, social relationships, anxiety, control of emotions and behaviors related direct the learning process so that it becomes a learning problems .
