Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze how much the The Influence Of The Leadership Habbits Environment On Belitang Construction Jaya Company based in palembang. The population of this research is all employees of General Worker And Spatial Planning Service Palembang Agency that is numbered 50 employees. The method used to collect data in this research is census method. This research usesprimary data collected through questionnaires and simple regression analysis method as data analysis technique. The result of the research shows that The Style of Leadership has significant influence by12,5% on employee performance.While, the remaining, 87,5% is influenced by other variables outside this research.
