Abstract

This report discusses non-cash (cashless) cash disbursement for operational activities at PT Pegadaian Regional Office III Palembang during a three-month internship, from January 13 to April 13, 2025. The focus lies on the use of the Cash Management System (CMS), covering procedures from submitting the Payment Authorization Letter (SOPP) and Budget Authorization Letter (SOA) to verification and fund disbursement by the finance department. Observations indicate that the cashless system improves efficiency, transparency, and accountability in cash management. This process also aligns with the principles of good corporate governance and effective internal control in a state-owned enterprise environment.
